How to Maintain Your Google Docs SOPs

We don't micromanage, we give them overall goals that they do and then they accomplish them. It's really just relying on people and giving them more credit than a system thinks. I wasn't happy with having to maintain two systems. And so I just ditched it and I don't use a project management tool at all anymore. Our project plans are really basically a sheet that was our old Asana one, but it doesn't have all the dependencies and stuff like that.
