Community Land Trusts - What Is the Vision?

Community land trusts have been around since the Civil Rights Movement. The site will transfer into this nonprofit on a 99 year lease at a nominal rate. It will be held in common, similar to a co-op, how members kind of have a stake in decision making. So it really holds it in the long term for common benefit and removes the speculation from development.
