Why Is the State Not Focusing on Iron Ore?

Orisa focused a lot on extracting and exporting iron ore. But if we had converted it into steel, the returns would have been much more. The state could have incentivised these small producers to ramp up their arindi so that way they would have been more competitive. A different kinds of other activities could have been taken up. Tula gross has entered into the economi but most likely it has not entered into manufacturing. There was this engineering boom where many players were dominant in the mining sector. Before there were some five or two thousand engineering colleges; now there are 90 thousands. And i wonder how I used to come across names such as medical and teevinal colleges? Just imagine
