Breathing is one of the most important things that i've learned and utilized in my orientation when working with people with highly disfunctional breathing patterns. The first order of business is to get their nervous system calmed down. As their nervous system relaxes, their breath will relax too. And as their breathing shift, there'll be more in that relaxed state,. So it has to be really at a level that they can take im take in. I'm so happy to work, but let's have a conversation afterwards.
