The Russian state's gotten a lot better. We saw early organizing for protest movements on spaces like Twitter and on vk. The story is certainly shifted. Now. And it seems like the authoritarian regimes have certainly figured out how to use these technologies to entrench themselves. If you're tempted by the regimes material, you can go join the youth army or similar groups, you can find a place of belonging and harmony.
