The First Ones Out in an Uptrend
High interest rates affect tech companies a lot more than the stocks on the New York Stock Exchange or what's in the Dow if you want to call that. The first ones out in an uptrend are typically the strongest ones. And whatever the theme is or whatever, you're going to see stocks that kind of relate to that theme. So there's still some uncertainty and overhangs to the market, and I think that's that could cause this to delay or maybe chop along a little bit more. We don't know so we'll see."
