The Future of Public Good Organizations
I mean in many ways the ego and culture shape how organizations are structured but also how they operate. And I think maybe if these organizations are effective at operating as kind of constellations of communities and local communities able to see each other and collaborate in more ad hoc ways, that gives the organization a lot more capacity. This might actually be a chance to rework some of the bolts and nuts of these organizations to actually make them more fit for purpose.
