"It's much less about performance from the traditional sense where i need to be able to be x fit," he says. "I think i need to be injury proof that's what's going to be a detriment if you think about it like if i managed to average nine-minute mile pace for a day that would be 80 miles in a 12-hour time frame so i'll easily have 12 hours of moving time per day" He also talks about his training regime, including taking walking breaks and stopping breaks as well as eating up to 15 000 calories a day - more than he has ever eaten before.
