The Immorality of Conscripts in the Vietnam War
Vietnam War was an immoral and unjust war, but whether troops were culpable is another matter. Culpability depends not just on the wrongfulness of the action, but on whether there are or are not excusing conditions present. People ought to know now when they're told by their government this is a just war; they have good grounds for skepticism about that.
