Padcasti - Structure in the Office

For this week's padcasti i enforced structure on myself. So i get up in the morning, and i go to my office at nine a m and stay there until five. In that period in the middle, i researched the padcast. And it kind of made a ballocks of my week. If cause i had to sleep t for the entirety of the next you know. It doesn't happen all the time, but it can happen.
