By the end, i felt i could ask anything from anyone, anywhere, just because i learned one how to ask it. And too, i would learn how to give te permission to the other persons who say no to me. I think there's something really interesting about the idea of giving permission to others and to yourself. Lot of times we really want to get it yes. Having at yes would mean a lot more.

And worse, what if our fear of being rejected is keeping us from going after the things we want?
