The property industry is becoming a provider of liquidity, because our access to capital is so much easier. The money we used to buy that house was almost free, whereas the money the consumer would try to get their hands on to move up is very hard to come by for them. Some of it is this arbitrage opportunity, or this a symmetry. Very easy corporate credit. And that's what's driving a little bit.
