Getting user feedback early on is super critical because it tells you, are you on the right track with this? And do people like your product compared to everything else they could be doing from buying another software. Of course, before you start the project, of course you have to do an assessment also. It's a very confidential data and it's not so confidential data and so on. But yeah, I believe in, I guess, as early as possible, make a quick prototype given the hands of the actual users.
