i really do enjoy getting it done early. Sometimes i have tried to structure my days so that i could take a lunch break and do a workout. But honestly, most shops are more flexible than people think. Especially if you're working remotely, the odds are you can move your schedule. If noon is a great time to work out, well, depending on who you work with, noon might be to but like, block out noon. Go work out. Be like, this is my workout time. I'm in a go and just put it on your calendar, make it work.
