The Effects of Fire on Self-Esteem

Some people when they get fired, don't suffer from low self-esteem. They recognize that me getting fired has nothing to do with my inherent value or what I bring to the table at the company and as a human being. And they're able to bounce back more quickly. The more incompetent your company is, the more likely your self esteem is low because it's not appropriately communicating with you.
