The Indictment of Donald Trump

The trial of Donald Trump for this is to me an almost inconceivable sticky wicket. My concern obviously for anybody who's listened to this show or knows me is it's repercussions for free speech, free discourse and the future of the First Amendment. You know, perhaps I should be more worried about conspiracies to subvert our electoral process. But I guess I'm not as much because this one didn't work. Right? Despite all the things that are alleged Donald Trump did not prevail. And so in a way his repudiation already happened practically. Now it might happen legally.
