In hypnosis, one of the ways to treat people from a problem is you have them imagine their prior life,. and then you Imagine they had some trama in a prior life. And then you have them face their trama while under hypnosis. This technique does not work. That would be the most obvious thing to say. You don't ever hear that. It's more based on a plicibo effect, based on the fact that if you think you solved your problem, you did.
