People who include meat in their diet are not as healthy as people who avoid it. Their risk of obesity, the risk of certain cancers and heart disease is substantially higher. People who follow a completely plant base diet are healthier. And so we do have to fight that battle. But we can also do it with mental change. I really think it's an unstoppable force.
