How to Speed Up Your Walking Meditation

When you focus your mind in the present moment on just one thing and you do it when you're walking. to my wife oh no I was on the golf course doing walking meditation using narrow focus mode as part of a joke. The distinguishing characteristic between meta awareness and normal awareness is normal awareness has a very vague not clear aspect. by the end of the walk but almost everybody reports is they feel better they feel calmer happier more focused than before because they've been concentrating for 30 minutes.
