LZ Granderson: I think the formation is, it's interesting because I'm thinking a lot lately about the word transform. LZ: So if we're looking for spiritual transformation, which is really, as you and I were talking, the only thing that really works is spiritual transformation. He says when you run into a barrier, the process is stop, just stop and move into spiritual discipline,. LZ: And then in the contemplation comes innovation.
