I try very hard as a researcher to understand the realm of the possible when it comes to what we are doing in the product side of things. So that means not just how much time do we have between getting the research findings and trying to put something out into the world but also what are our technical limitations? How constrained should my recommendations be? Are we going to build on mobile? Should I be thinking about multi-platform or are we going to try and keep it to a single platform to start? And so really understanding the actual nitty gritty of the things the product team is worrying about day to day informs a lot of how I come back with recommendations. The second biggest pain point is
