Premature Nurseries - A Different Beginning

In the early premature nurseries, very little was actually done for the babies. Modern technological treatment began to evolve only after world war two. The paration of mother and baby virtually defined neonithology. Parents were encouraged to visit, to touch their babies and even to hold the older ones outside their incubators.
