Is There a Good Proposition?

We have never been able to think about government processes like this. We didn't even try an do a context map of, what are all the innerconnected issues here? What wiuth a good design that everybody might ike look like? And can we even try to find a sender jistic satisfy? That's not even part of the conversation. So if i'm making choice, is blind or mostly blind, based on a tiny part of the optics, then other people who have other optics are like weight tos, not a good choice.
