Creating Default Behaviors Is Not Easy
We all wake up in the mornings if it's a week day, we're going to work. We do something that is based on the week days. That is our default. It would be weird if we didn't do that. The exception is you are taking time off. And this is different from a habit. A default does not need to be habit. In my case, recording a podcast episode, getting to the gim whatever mya specific goals are.That is the norm. That is what i'm doing. If i don't do them, it's because there is a special circumstance. That's where we want our behaviors to get. So start doing the work to day
