Am, is how you create culture in a military unit. He says it's important to make sure people feel that they are part of the team and not just an outsider. Am: In some environments there needs to be less latitude for discussion than other places. But he also believes this can lead to more efficient work by making things clear what 'the protical' is - such as giving CPR or administering drugs.
