The Hidden Victorianism of Sex

There's a sort of hidden repression of sex that's still at the heart of everyone telling me they're really groovy with it. This sense of denial of oneself or the shame of how actually I feel something in my body and it feels good to me. In our society, again, on one hand, we're kind of seeking fun and excitement. But pleasure that's really felt in our body and into our being is kind of like, Oh, that's a bit weird.
