Can Hypnosis Help With Depression?

A lot of people are afraid to fall asleep with hypnosis because in some cultures that's a form of embarrassment. Most of these are indeed backed by research, and where is the evidence the strongest? I think some of the strongest researchers in acute and chronic pain have done a number of randomized controlled trials on chronic pain. For smoking cessation, we mentioned anxiety, insomnia, other kinds of physical and mental health issues were most of these backed by research.
