How to Ask Questions About Your UX Team

You can ask questions about upward mobility and training. How does the UX team know what to work on? Or who sets priorities for the organization? Can you give me an example of a time when you took a risk or made a mistake and how it was addressed? What will success for this role look like? Do they have vice presidents? Is it just a senior manager? Are there leadership development programs available?
