If you have unexplained loss of consciousness, like this person did, I think it is crucially important that the ED and whoever's consulting in the ED get a CTA head and neck. So one of the pearls I'll leave people with is like this acute, we didn't know at the time about this background family history. All we knew is the guy rolled in, he was like basically comatose. And those patients, those, the vascular thing that's not going to be obvious because you're not going to see it unless you look for it is a Basler thrombosis. That could be treated by thrombalytics thrombectomy.
