We can practice every single aspect of cricket except how do we practice that high pressure moment or recreate zoning being in the flow. We haven't been able to find that and it's early days exactly how we apply to cricket but I have found it hard to what the neurophysiology is of that panic or choking momentHigh pressure moments in the game are effectively a fight or flight response so we're finding a way to recreate that at will en masse even just in the team room. In a 15 minute training session they trigger it six times and in order to succeed we need to learn how to override that early number one to false alarm.
