Connecting and Networking With Mentors
I don't really identify myself as being one of those people. So I'm not somebody who has a huge team that I directly manage all the time. But what I have been blessed with is meeting mentees who are people who do complete tasks and love to lead big programs. And so, you know, some of the people that I've co-mentored, Andrea Cox, who's now our director of the NDPHD program,. Justin Bailey, some others like this are heavily funded researchers who have big programs.
