How to Discipline Bias and Noise
The second part of making a sound decision is to have a process that disciplines bias and noise. A repeatable process is incredibly important for repeatable decisions. The last piece of decision-making is you have to figure out a way to close the feedback loop. We're really bad at closing feedback loops for a variety of reasons.
