I think there are genuine tensions between the individual privacy and the ability of anyone to publish something denegrating you on line. The rules matter. We have property rights and we have intellectual property rights. It may or may not be optimized for the best outcomes. And it that, you know, by trying to freeze everything in place through antitrust and regulation, because they threw the president off a facebook. I also think it's the case that the president wasn't deleded from the internet. He couldn't tweed any more, but i didn't have trouble figuring out what it was he had to say.
