A global security and aero space company. They wanted to encourage a growth mind set, to create environments where feedback occurs a little more regularly. So they're trying to imbed the psychological safety component into their culture. And i think one of the most telling components was 92 % of them reported out that they were sharing mistakes and learnings with a team member. It's kind of that fail forward or failed fast type approach.
