How to Forge Your Own Path
When running a small company, you have to really start thinking about what is your real leadership style. I come from a place where I recognize that I tend to under communicate. If I were comparing myself to Donald Trump, I think Donald is probably over communicating and should be under communicating. Whereas in my position, I don't communicate enough about what I'm doing and why I'm doing things.
