Find 30 minutes in your day, block it off on your calendar and start putting in the work until it becomes automatic. A separate study found that middle aged and older people who took 30 minute brisk walks five times per week prevented brain decline,. Those who are most consistent saw the biggest changes. Just load up on staples when they're on sale. Outside of my staples, I just buy 10 other items to help me make almost all of my meals.I go shopping every 3-5 days for me, but you can easily go just once per week. My typical list includes eggs, Greek yogurt, kimchi, spinach, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, avocados, berries and garlic
