The Problems of a Communist Party in the Cold War

The northern republics were more developed and had suffered less damage to intrstructure in the war. They saw the other poorer regions as kind of holding them back. I think that was moreo obviously its taboost production, but also to courage pride among citizens along socialist lines,. As opposed to a kind of patriotism. And everywhere the motto was brotherhood and unity. The measure of a person was in their actions, not in reactionary stereotypes.
