Origins of Yoga

A lot of these postures were taken from Western gymnastics by Chris Ritchie. Big room yoga is a form of yoga founded by Mr. Big Room. Hot Yoga is the main one that's practiced in the West. Within Hot Yoga, there's a lot of different sects that are affiliated with different teachers.
