Biden says taking nato membership off the table for ukrane is a non starter. In all the negotiations over the last few weeks there's been, the united states has offered almost nothing. We're in the middle of a slow burning cuban missile crasis, a slow burne one. I don't think blinkon understands it, and i don't think sullivan does. Certainly the british government doesn't understand that but i think byden does. So i've got, i think, in a five % chance that there's diplomacy will be fruitful in one way or another.
