The Importance of Identifying Issues in Cases
A common mistake people make or candidates make when they do cases is that they'll identify an issue, but they won't identify if that issue is causing the problem. Just because something is an issue doesn't mean it is the root cause of the problem. Remember consulting is all about 80-20 principles. You've got to take all these issues and then rearrange them in order; you're brainstorming options, not drivers.
