What I Don't Understand Is Why an Investment Bank Would Collapse
In the early 2000s there was a proliferation of subprime loans, which were made to people who have lower credit scores. Amy Klobuchar: I do not understand how or why an investment bank would collapse. And I also do not know what it means for a market of any kind, be it a housing market or a fish market to collapse.
