What Is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Linguistic stands for like the language that you use and programming is we often have programs that run unconsciously. A lot of work that I do now is helping people uncover their negative emotions, their limiting beliefs that they have and also the programs that they're having unconsciously. So we have strategies from everything from tying a shoelace to meeting someone to communicating and even to trading. And so can you quickly and I asked this question because I assumed that everyone out there knows what NLP is. Yesterday I mentioned it to someone who had no idea they'd never heard of it before.
