"When I was a less experienced less skilled leader I would not have any reservations or filter about that," he says. "Once I started there was no stopping it and you know while it got the job done it could have been done much more enjoyably had a lot more fun built a lot better friendships and relationships than had I acted that way" He then explains how to harness negativity into productive action for your own benefit by taking every bad thing that happens to you personally, chiseling it into his chip on his shoulder.
