The Effect of Body Language on Anxiety and Fear in Horse Riders
i was fascinated by how much the horse seemed to pick up on body language and even anxiety and fear i assume that gets amplified when the rider is on the horse. Does that ever happen mid event you know like the rider could become heirs and then approaching a jump either the rider or the horse goes nut? I think as a really trained rider in tune with your horses you can feel what's going to happen before it happens most time. There's always going to be something uncaught like if you're thinking of a cross-country course there'sAlways going to be the jump that you don't want to jump for whatever reason but that doesn't mean you've still got to ride it
