The Main Drawback of Reclassification Policies

Reclassification policies don't address a central drawback for the millions of workers who will still remain self employed. Many independent workers would not receive the additional benefits associated with becoming employees because many of them would neither become professional employees nor be able to maintain their jobs as independent workers. That's one that's the major drawback of these sort of reclassification policies. And this is because companies obviously cannot extend all contracting positions and to employment positions and to make sure that they fully work with fewer job opportunities, all together.
