Law Minister, Is This a Concentrated Attack on the Collegiate?

There's always been some criticism of the collegiate system. While this criticism may be legitimate to a certain extent, but this concentrated attack from the government is something which is very sudden. This all is something which has been developed judicially by the Supreme Court itself earlier in 1981. No institution should have power or the unbridled power and checks and balances are important. But there's also certain defense of the system that needs to be looked at.
