So mostly, we want to believe that the clever concoction of basic science, coupled with epidemiologic findings linked to a subgroup of a long forgotten RCT or an alternative mechanism of an ill understood old treatment when woven together by clever narrative resembles truth. All of these clever stories and intricate evidence usually have a high price pharmaceutical at the end of their rainbow.
