i'm a busy but less productive than possible right i'm still starring at the screen doing something. The worstthe low lights that you're going to hear about is my penchant for distraction in the digital environment. And it's mainly the emal in box, and also poor prioritization,. When our pique, mental focus and most energy is able to harness, then, why shouldn't i do that during the afternoon lull? Maybe you'll relate. I don't know. But let's start with the morning. Almost never will i awaken to an alarm. That is the number one priority for me in my quest for healthy, long, happy life.
