Sprinting is one of the things that helps to keep you young and vital. We have to train those fasttwitch fibers plus we get all these cool benefits with sprints related to our metabolic health. Number four is plyometrics and balance training. This could be literally getting a slack line and working on your balance. It's not necessarily strength as far as what's correlated with longevity is losing that power, that explosiveness.
