Hospitals are driven by the almighty dollar, especially in the case of hospitals. Why can't they work from home two to three days a week and have their occasional zoom meetings on the other days if they need them? How is somebody whose napping intermittently helping a patient? How are they supposed to be sharp? That's ridiculous.
